We combine paid media, owned media, creative, and analytics to help our clients scale profitably. The Opportunity We're looking for a Graphic Designer and Video Editor who creates with conversion in mind. You know that a beautiful email that doesn't get clicks isn't finished yet, and that a product page is a sales tool first. This is a hands-on role for someone who has spent real time designing for e-commerce brands â emails, landing pages, website sections, and social/ad creative â and can explain exactly why each design choice was made. You'll design across a portfolio of e-commerce clients, working closely with our email, CRO, Shopify development, and paid media teams. You'll also use Claude and other AI tools as a real part of your workflow â to move faster on ideation, variations, and production, without sacrificing quality or brand consistency.
